Our IPQC is doing the inspection on solder mask which is basing on the IPC standard or industrial standard.
Its inspection items:
Solder mask opening compliance;
Solder mask type using compliance
Solder mask appearance and adhesion strength etcs |
All pcb we done 100% electric function test, to make sure there is no any failure pcb issue.
For the pcb function test we adopted the AOI and E-Test inspection.. |

To use the E-Test as screening for any open/short circuit problem on plating through hole of pcb.and eliminate any failure pcb. |

| Each p/n for pre-shipment of pcb, we defined that it has to do solderability and thermal shock test as verification, whatever surface finished it is,like ENIG/Gold flash/OSP/HALetcs.we requested the solderability and heat-resistant of performance are full compliance with IPC standard or customer requirement.. |

Do the solderability test that is to verify the soldering pad whether is wetting or dewetting.
Do the thermal shock test that is to verify the pcb of heat-resistant of performance on solder mask/Laminate and plating through hole..
